Our Father
which art in Heaven

Father

  • He´s not just a someone; is neither far off nor a magistrate,
  • He is ever so great, even though He is near,
  • He radiates authority, but remains loving and caring,
  • He guards and watches His child.
  • He always has an open ear to the problems of His own,
  • He lays the guidelines, within which the child can grow,
  • He accompanies the child until he is grown,
  • and continues to communicate with him.
God becomes his Father, my Father,
  • I am his child.
Because I call Him Father, I trust my life to Him.
